Radish

   Box 1 day is finally here!  We are sure you are as excited as we are.  The farm got off to a great early jump start this season with the warm, dry weather...then it rained and rained and rained!  We are expecting even more rain tomorrow so we are pleased to get the boxes together and out to you before that hits.  Yesterday Craig spent time digging and repairing drainage ditches for the fields.

Green Onions/scallions

 The farm is now run 100% on solar energy so we are a NET ZERO farm!  You can feel even better about what you are eating knowing that!

round 2 chickens

 The first batch of chickens are going to be ready for your freezers in the beginning of July so the second batch is already starting out inside the shed-keeping warm and protected until they are ready for the pasture.

We have a great, dedicated crew who come to our farm to help on box day.  They hang out under the massive maple tree where the field washing and preparing take place after harvesting in the fields and raised beds.
